Returns and Exchanges

Order Confirmation

After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, which informs you that we have accepted and are processing your order. Please keep this email for your records, as it contains your order number.

Upon receiving the shipping confirmation email, it is not possible to update or cancel your order.

Return and Refund Policy

All purchases may be returned within 30 days of receiving the items. If 30 days have been exceeded since your original purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

If you need to return the items that you have purchased on our webstore, please confirm the products are eligible for return; the items are still in shrinkwrap.

Please note that UCHIBACOYA Co., Ltd. does not permit the return of, or offer refunds for:

• Items that are not defective, unless they are unopened and unused (within 30 days)
• Products that were purchased more than 30 days ago
• Products returned without a valid itemized receipt
• Shipping charges
• Products returned without an RA# (Return Authorization number) will not be accepted.

UCHIBACOYA Co., Ltd. reserves the right to update this return policy at any time.

You may send your return request to hello@uchibacoya.com with your order number. You are responsible for returning the game to our fulfillment center (i.e., you pay for shipping) in the same condition you received it (still in shrinkwrap).

After confirming your return request, we will send the shipping label to you. We will process the refund soon after we receive the items. The refund amount will be the balance after deducting the shipping charge.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email to hello@uchibacoya.com.

Missing or Damaged Parts

Shipping and Fulfillment

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are determined based on weight and region, with rates ranging from $9 to $27.
• Qualifying purchases must be equal to or greater than the threshold value in merchandise only; any charges or value of gift cards purchased do not apply to the merchandise total.

Order Processing Time

• All orders placed through our webstore will be shipped within 4-6 business days.
• Please expect your delivery to take an additional 3-5 business days for rural areas. Please allow 5-7 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Micronesia and the US Virgin Islands. Non-continental US territories and APO’s will be shipped via USPS and will not have order tracking available.
• Items not in stock ship as soon as they become available.
• All shipments are made using USPS. We plan to add more shipping options in the future to increase convenience.

Other Regions

We are currently not offering shipping outside of the US, but we are actively working on expanding our shipping regions. Once we have reliable solutions in place, we will update our shipping policy and website accordingly to include additional regions.
