If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, such as significant corner dents, we will send any replacements required once per purchase. Please review the FAQ below, then use the inquiry form to contact us with the necessary details.

We apologise for the inconvenience, but we are unable to accommodate replacements or exchanges beyond the first request for each order. Please take care to check all components of your game so that you can include anything needed in a single request.

Minor damage such as shrink film tears or slight scratches on the box exterior or interior do not qualify as defects and cannot be returned or exchanged. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding in advance.

If there is significant damage upon delivery, please take photos of the condition of the shipping package and contact us through the inquiry form.

Please provide the following information in bullet points and contact us via the inquiry form:

  • Item(s) you wish to receive replacements for (and the quantity)
  • Reason for replacement
  • Your full name (legal name)
  • Postal code
  • Shipping address
  • Phone number (for shipping purposes)
  • Purchased item(s)

Please note that incomplete information may prevent us from processing your request. Additionally, please refrain from using other formats other than bullet points listed above. We also would appreciate if you could please remain civil in your correspondence.

We regret to inform you that most cancellations or returns for personal reasons cannot be accommodated due to system constraints.

This includes the following reasons:

  • Financial difficulties
  • Relocation making it difficult to receive the package
  • Didn't read the full product description
  • Ordering the wrong item or quantity, or wanting to combine orders with other items, etc

There is no need to send us any components for which you are receiving replacements. Please feel free to keep or dispose of any unneeded or damaged components at your own discretion.

Due to manufacturing constraints, slight color variations for cards are unavoidable and fall within acceptable specifications. Therefore, we are unable to exchange cards for inconsistencies or color differences on the back.

However, ink stains, white spots, or scratches are eligible for replacement.
